Hello, I’m Rebekah! I’m a passionate advocate for perinatal mental health. I’m here because I had a rocky postpartum experience after the birth of my first child, and a lot of that revolved around sleep deprivation.
Inspired by my own journey through those perinatal challenges, I 180’d my career from corporate Learning & Development to infant and child sleep education. Now I get to help families just like yours achieve better sleep and well being.
I’m certified by Baby Sleep Consultant, an accredited, evidence-based program with industry experts that teach the science behind a wide variety of sleep training techniques — or alternatives if that’s not your thing — and attachment theory.
I don’t teach just one sleep training technique, because every baby sleeps differently, and every family has unique needs. Wherever you’re at on your sleeping journey, I can help you find the right solution for your life and parenting style. This is a judgment-free zone!

Even Super Woman had a sidekick! My approach is holistic and science-based: we’ll look at feeding and nutrition, cognitive development, routines, and more. Then, we’ll find recommendations that suit your parenting philosophy for small steps that fit your family. Sleep training is just the last piece of the puzzle — when all the other pieces are in place, it may not even be necessary.

The full Sleep Plan package
This is great if you’re needing to get your kiddo sleeping, but not sure how to get started and would like support through the process.
The process: After a thorough intake, you’ll get an in-depth sleep plan with specific actions for your situation and goals, delivered with a call so you can ask plenty of questions and feel confident getting started. You’ll get:
- in-depth sleep plan custom-tailored to your situation and parenting style
- 1 hour consult phone call to review the Sleep Plan
- follow-up support while you implement the sleep plan (1 week or 2 depending on your needs)
- phone call check-ins every 2-3 days where you can ask questions, troubleshoot, and I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way, you sleep rockstar, you!
- sleep log analysis (if that’s your jam)

Power-hour phone call

Foundation Courses
Our foundation courses demystify infant and child sleep by unpacking the science of sleep, empowering you to troubleshoot sleep problems and even prevent them!
These aren’t sleep training courses — often, families find that with the right foundation, sleep training isn’t necessary. But, we’ll cover a variety of methods so you can choose what’s right for your family.
All our courses are self-paced so you can learn on your own schedule (well, and baby’s!). And because our mission is to make sleep education accessible to everyone, if price is a barrier please send me an email for sliding scale pricing.

The Small Steps Story
